All toys are made to order - please allow up to a week for your order to ship. During busy times - like the holidays - processing time may vary. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us.

Shipping is available to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Australia. Free shipping is not available internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchages.
All products from Portland Toy Company are covered under our manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive your toy and believe it is defective due to manufacturer error, please contact us at hello@pdxtoyco.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
